Location

In Paris’ 6th arrondissement, near to Pont-Neuf, Ile de la Cité and the embankment along the Seine, near to the site of the former Nesle’s Tower. Located in a street named after a neighbouring convent, this flat is in a Louis XIII style mansion house that was built for the first President of the Normandy Parliament in 1628.

Our Opinion

Outstanding features not only include its paved courtyard protected by heavy, majestic carriage gates, but also its communal areas and its stairway. Le Flore, Les Deux Magots, La Sainte Chapelle, cinemas, book shops and luxury boutiques are just a stone’s throw away as are a profusion of public transport networks. But, nothing disturbs the tranquillity of a dwelling that is in easy reach of the romantic embankment. An extremely lively paradox! The high ceilings and wide windows will enhance the effect of the works that will inevitably have to be undertaken in this flat.
